Mel,
Could be one of a few things, 1- Internet Browser, if she has Internet exployer, try downloading and installing Firefox or something else, then see if it works using a differant Browser, 2- i would run all anti / spyware programs too, 3- could be her firewall too, just turn off and try. Brian
