Default tooth problem

My tooth hurts well... not the tooth itself but inside of it like if i raise my lip it doesn't hurt but when my lip touches the tooth or anything touches the tooth it hurts. I guess is the root of the tooth but i'm not sure. Also it's spreading to her nose and cheek but just one side though i don't have pain in my jaw or anything is just the nose and cheek. The worst is that i think it's spreading. We don't have money to go to the doctor D; do you have any idea of what it might be. Please please someone answer!!!!
