my accident which caused my nerve snaping in half and face pain... ahhh tryin to start and word things safe and correct....
okay i had to do trail by jury it settled in 2002. in 2007 i will be getting all the rest of depos and court things back . including all the stuff that was taken and kept for trial.
having to keep pain journals for the diffrent doc s they were kept and also note books with my pain poetry. my nurse friend says i wont get back the journal or the pain poetry note books. most likely they will be kept. okay i understand the pain journals being kept ... but not my pain poems.
i know i can olny wait and see in 07. but am bummed and it would be a shame to have them just out of reach when they could be helpfull to me now on personal level.
