Heart sound abuse

Dear Rhiannon,

i'm so sorry you are having such trouble with your neighbors. Hey, i wonder... since in the one case it is going on all through the night, if you could wander over there one afternoon, and let them know in a very toned down manner (i know, i know, you wanna knock their teeth out... but honey brings more flies than vinegar), that

1. you can hear their music loudly
2. it is preventing you from resting

and ask them if they could possibly quiet it down after 11... that is a reasonable request.

if they are half decent human beings they will be receptive at least to a degree... should at least turn the volume down well before 5 am!

obviously leave out that you don't like their music ... there's no accounting for taste and besides, even stuff you enjoy played around the clock like that is not something you would probably relish. at least i know i would go nuts without some quiet time.

good luck! i hope this gets sorted somehow.
