The B12 is okay.
Not sure about that magnesium though! Do you have the range from the lab with that result? Quote:
.5 sounds really low. Are you taking some medications? Some drugs lower magnesium. It is also lost in the urine by diabetics. Get too low and your heart may go into an arrhythmia. The CVS lotion is very nice...I put it on my inner arms, and wrists where the skin is thinner and it goes right in (I rub it a little bit and then rub my hands on my thighs)...it moisturizes too. I only found one place online to explain the amount to use... a dime sized amount. I wish there were a concentration on the label...so we could figure that out more accurately.

Would you update after you find a new magnesium please. When you get the right one. And have been on it for a while. You will see a big difference. This is one herb my primary said, I needed for pain. I was so surprised at the difference. Donna |

so ive only been on this for 2 weeks.. maybe ill post my labs in here. i am chronically low on carbon dioxide which is related to poor breathing, probably in my case
i am currently on magnesium glycinate 400 mgs but im going to switch to magnesium malate bc ive read malic acid is good for fibro my tspine definitely feels better. however ive been stretching. tmj/jaw pain has majorly improved. neck pain has not and still gets very nervy. but that's probably from upper cross syndrome, i have major kyphosis and winged scaps. still need to get thyroid tested. i tested for aldosterone, im a little low but not deathly low. my dhea s is low so i need to get more thyroid tests done. also my blood sugar isn't great. its very random. sometimes i can eat carbs and it doesnt spike, other time it does.
