Default How to conquer your fear of death?

I live in fear basically. Fear, anxiety, panic attacks, hypochondria, all reverting to a fear of death I believe. I had my grandmother die of brain cancer, an uncle commit suicide, a second cousin commit suicide, another grandmother die of cancer, and my dad of a heart attack. I'm only 21 but I fear I'm going to die in a horrible way from something horrible or suddenly. I have a pineal cyst (which I covered in most of my other posts) but I fear brain cancer especially now. I want to face my fears but how do you face the fear of death and disease?
