Default Today is the day

I start wean myself of of two mg of Xanax
I have givin up my shrink
Or rather I should say
My doctor kept me hostage
He would not go to bat for me when asked to give a profile
And why "he" thinks I should try DEPLIN

I begin with my morning dose of the one mg in half
Later in the afternoon I will take the one mg
And so on and so on
I am hoping to hear from MrsD
Hoping to get the proper alternative that would act as the DEPLIN would
Carlione2 has been helpful
Thank you all for ALL the suggestion
The uplift
The help when down
I am flipped about my shrink Edward
When the time is right he is red flagged at my insurance company
I am in awe at the assistance given at Clover
The rep took a beating from me
I was the last call of his day
His name is Richard
He deserves a raise just putting up with my mouth
Instead he told me the next day when he call as promised
He heard my pain and frustration
He said he vowed not to hang up on me of which I deserved
There are some very special people out there for me
We are now friends
And I can call upon him for guidance
Will keep posting on my progress
I feel liberated
Me

Wink

I've sent you a PM, Eva. Let me know in a couple of months how you feel, or anytime if you have more questions.

I am not an expert on MTHFR, but this link has a lot of info:

Default Feeling it

The withdrawal process s.u.c.k.s
Feeling it I am
Will go another week before I can
assess the body
I have to breath much more then the norm
Depression always there to greet me when I stir
Pushing through
I also notice some stomach issues
So cannot wait for the DEPLIN
Love
Me

I'm doing some research on this MTHFR mutation gene and although I didn't have the "test"... I may have the mutation for homocysteine as my level is elevated and I'm taking a formula to lower this level. Homocysteine is connected to heart disease. My homocysteine formula contains Methyfolate, B12 and TMG.

Perhaps more to all this than I knew or realized.

Default All the best in your endeavors

Upon receiving the product
And because I have already begun to wean
myself off of Xanax
I have been on two 1mg a day
My body has been on it for so long
from my then cardiologist
My life before I began my menapsusal changes my BP would err to the low side
Then at my cardiologists office one day
Routine check up
My beats per minute was close to
Yes you READ correctly 300
Since then my opioids naturally should lower my pressure
As I am hypertensive most times

Now having said that
I last night took the DEPLIN at night
MUCH BETTER RESULTS
I SLEPT THROUGH THE NIGHT
REMEMBER
this mutation affects the "neural tubes"
Fascinating
Just fascinating

Just got word my mother is not doing well
The meds she is on is just so sad
A. Fibrillation goiter high BP Lupus RA both knee replacements
Anxiety
And she cannot be left alone
Already taking a very bad fall on the sidewalk
Face first
This is horrible
Now adema of her heart
She has problems with blockage at the bundle of branches
Some respite for her shortly with this new information
she will be taking with her when she travels this summer
To her home land Hungary and then Italy her live in ex-husband
3weeks at both lands

Back to myself
Last night I took DEPLIN in the evening as I felt immediate things going on with my body
And have to decipher if it is withdrawal or DEPLIN
I am coming along with the only happiness in my heart

I just want to say
Never give up
Keep pushing the doctors to listen
OR GET THE H.E.L.L. OFF. MY. TRAIN.
I have lost my hope in my doctors taking my body and what's going on with it seriously
Instead they became complacement
Knowing thins will not get better
Is one thing
Just for the reasons they gave up helping me research and to try and guide me and monitor me
Never going to happen
They just do not care
I go to my oncologist today who was the one to do the bloodwork that noted the mutation
All I can do is bring in the info and let him do his homework
He asked me to bring in the information
So today we shall see how interested he is

As for my shrink
He is feeling his mistreatment
His saved messages for him to hear himself if he should return my call
It was him that was to help
As my pain specialist dumps it on my shrinks lap
And he very clearly expressed how doubious he felt it was a said he did not think I would be considered the acceptation to the rule
for obvious reasons

Be well
I am glad to have shed a glimmer for others who might have exhausted all and have an outlet to try if a mutation is evident
with other variants

Great news
Me

Default Oh the anxious feeling one get...

weaning off the Xanax
It will be four weeks on the 24th
My goodness
The pain of withdrawals
The pits
Today I have a healthier
stronger mind
which helps me in a huge way
It will take a long time
This much I very well know
Yet I did it having three 1mg in a day
down to two
I have been on two 1mg for about two or three years now
And have begun the weaning process again with half the dose in the morning
Just amazed at how some elderly who have no clue what could happen and not even know their brain is hooked on it
I always hated the risidule
And I do not use HATE in my everyday vocabulary
I need the cold air on my face
It is one thing what is already going on with my hands and feet
add to that the disgusting clammy hands and feet and then the anxiety that wants to take over
I have till two o'clock before I will take my second dose
Until then
I lay down as my heart starts to palpate
And concentrate on my breathing
That is a big deal in just everyday stuff
You get my drift
Try and stay conscious with what's going on
I have my BP cuff at arms length
My daughter is here
Most importantly
Upon my visit to my pain specialist
He is now dispensing my script
and is aware I am attempting to get off of the drug
completely
So lets see how all this will go
ONE DAY AT A TIME

I have to remain at absolute calm an hour before the two o'clock
dose

Breath I must
But a conscious kind of breathing
I will stop now and concentrate on me right now
Me
