I have good days and bads days, and like some of you it depends on the weather. I'm way worse in the cold though. It's only chilly in here and I'm lame.

I do a little yoga when I have time (when life is not crazy, I do it daily). Walking and swimming when it's warm. On really bad days (weeks, months, lol) I find it's best not to fight it. Sometimes a body needs to rest. Hot tea and a treat makes me feel better then. If one trip up the stairs is too much, I don't try again later.

I know I've over done it when I can't open a water or worse, takes two tries to spin a door knob.
