Well I fell off the wagon for a couple of weeks because work got so hectic, but I got back on this morning. My wife and I rode in the "tour de donut", which is a 30 mile bike race/ride, where you get 5 mins taken off of your finish time for every donut you eat at one of the two break points. I only ate 4 donuts (they were like little lead bricks in my stomach), but I averaged almost 17.3 mph for ~30 miles and finished with a ride time of 1 hour and 48 mins.
