as far as i know there's only 1 shot. you may be thinking of the regular flu shot and the H1N1. there are 2 separate shots.
DO NOT take the nasal mist. that has live virus and can make MSers very sick. only take the shot, which is a weakened virus. that's what is suggested. you're lucky. we don't have supplies in CO yet. i've called around and can't get it.
