ok, I give up. My GI is going to do an endoscopy/colonoscopy next week on me. I am very constipated, and he suggested I use miralax. I have taken this stuff in the past, and ended up in the other direction. He suggested I take 1/4 dose, and move it up a 1/4 dose each day till I start getting the results I am more comfortable on.
why does the active ingredient remind me of anti freeze? Anyone else take this? Tell me your experience please.
