I will!

I have a Diamondback Response Sport, not top of the line, but it's lighter and more aggressive than the stocker..I made it that way

On the days that I exercise and the day after, my mental functions are improved dramatically.

I know that it works and I have to exercise to improve my cognitive functioning.

I danced today for 20 minutes... and I won't have a chance again until early Sat AM but I'm glad to have the function that I do have now, even with the MS.

I know exercise at least makes my mind feel more alive afterwards...I think it's the endorphins...whether or not it improves my cognitive functioning is another subject

To me it's curious that people will inject themselves with MS drugs that have some powerful side effects, but will not try exercise as best as their body will allow, which has been proven to be helpful. Or try the Swank Diet which has also been proven to be helpful.

It's the same thing with Bariatric Surgery. I don't get why people would go under the knife in this risky surgery, rather than doing the very hard work of moving more and limiting carbs and calories. I just dont seem to get that. I'm sure it makes sense to some, but I havent found a good explanation for it.

I say anyone who wants bariatric surgery needs to do the diet for it first. its a shocking truth when you realize your dinner now fits in a shot glass. Then folks end up over eating and stretch out the surgery anyway.

Even on days when I dont feel well, I try really hard to get up.

I have wondered about the Swank Diet: Do you know if it is effective for someone who is moving into Secondary Progressive or is it only effective if started when MS is caught early on?

Thanks for any input you can give. I appreciate it.
