Sally gave some good advice about running hands under cold water. Never thought of doing it to help keep the dropsies at bay, but I do know it helps me when I feel a bit over heated.
But I can totally relate that it happens sometimes. My tiger kitty is a scrounge, and she knows that where I sit is our home's equilivent of a highchair. Some food is bound to drop off my plate, LOL ![]()

Hey is your diet high in carbs,protein & drink lots of fluids?

I don't eat an abundance of carbs.....mostly whole grains and fruits are the only carbs I get. I do drink lots of water and eat a fairly high protein diet.

Sounds good. My B12 is at the max of range (sorry dont have # infront of me) from taking 1 500 mcg (tiny) B12 and a B100 daily.
My D 25 OH total? was 110 from taking 2000i.u. 4x/day. I stopped it to see if its causing my sweats but im still sweating. |
