Sal, I'd consider talking with the prescribing Dr.(s) first before going down Psych Avenue.

Rule out the medical stuff before rooting around in your subconcious and getting a bill for that too.

I get some real corkers in dreamland that border on night terrors and I know it's the doggone meds combined with my Dx that brings these on.

Hope you get it smoothed out...lack of sleep is a real, ummm, itch.
