I find while groggy and tired in the AM, its not my problem spot. By the time 2pm rolls around, I am beat! I am mentally and physically spent. I tend to lay down around 3 or so and regain some lost steam, so the PM hours are not as bad. If I was not able to seek some lay down time I would simply not be functional in the PM.
