Just wanted to add my potassium has been low for the last couple of years. At first, I ate potatoes but then was prescribed potassium pills; 10 mg daily. Over time with blood tests, my potassium prescription went to 20 mg daily.

I do not drink too much water. Beware of constipation when eating bananas. Take care and keep us posted.
