SO glad you tried it! I've taken 500mcg b12 every morning & b100 every afternoon for 3? yrs now. I hooked a friend going for masters last yr as well. I never tried more then 2 (1000mcg). I know body builders inject shoulder with it. I've tried the dropper (18,000? i.u's) but had less impact the just popping tiny 500mcg pill. I'd be lost without it. Look at my photos.

edit - and they're last yrs. i need to take new ones. i'm slightly stronger (where MS didn't steal my muscle contracting nerves) and it's only May.
I've done about 350 pool laps, 120 miles in chair for 2011 & counting. goal's 1000 laps, 200 miles.
