I sympathise with all of you. I totally get confuzzled when the thermometer goes up too high. I find that I feel sick. disoriented and my judgement goes out the window.

I also feel really self-protective - like I know that things are totally askew and I don't even notice when people in the street say hi or wave - my entire focus is on getting from one place to another in one piece. The act of getting from point A to point B is exhausting and I focus so hard. I am sure people think I am drunk because my coordination is so affected.

Parking is a nightmare when I drive.

I do find this a bit easier now I am on Ty. It seems to reduce the brain fog and make heat tolerance easier.
