When I went off of the Master cleanse, I started out with just vegetable soup for a couple of days. It was fhs best thing I had ever eaten, lol. It really helps to start back with 'clean', organic foods. I stayed vegetarian for a couple of years after that. No dairy even. You have to learn to do amazing things with tofu and quinoa though . The taste of sugar made me sick back then. I wish I would've stuck with it but I started to get lazy and slowly went back to a crappy diet .
