There can be many reasons for pain. I originally started my entire ordeal with foot pain. My pain is where the tendons attach to the bones and nerve pain as well. Because of the tendons being sore, I get pain in many different areas that I presume is my body trying to compensate for my poor coordination. You will need to make note of the details of your pain and tell your doctor. My point is keep your mind open, I never thought that I would be in the boat that I am with having arthritis and possibly MS, too. Good luck and don't give up even if your doc brushes you off. (it took me fussing for 2yrs to get an MRI and then the doc apologized when the MRI came back with lesions, they also missed my arthritis because I don't have RA, I have a gene that finally lead my Rheumy to my dx, doc's don't know it all, all the time).
