Wiz, no he's not a head doc (well yeas he is but not that kind)...but he takes the whole person into consideration and not just our MS...I guess that's what makes him a good doc.
You know that stress ups our levels of cortisone which will help retain weight, right? The best thing you can do for yourself is do some mindfulness exercises for fifteen minutes at the start of your day and also keep a daily food journal for a few weeks...
