Angry Me too

I am so sorry I started Copaxone. I was on it for about 5 years. I stopped about three years ago because I ran out of places to inject. I have large dents in my hips, my thighs and my belly is disfigured. I stopped doing my arms after about three months on Copaxone because of the dents. Once I tried to inject in my inner thigh and that was a mistake. I have a permanent scar there and I remember it being very painful. I was on Avonex the first year after diagnosis. I am sorry I went on that too. I got pregnant while on it and even though I stopped the injections immediatley, I still had a miscarriage. I don't know if that was the cause, but you never know. I am not heavy, so the dents, I think, are really noticeable. I may go to a plastic surgeon to see if something can be done. I am very insecure about it, I feel uncomfortable wearing a bathing suit or shorts and I live near the beach!

I eat a primarily vegan diet and exercise and I have been stable. Unfortunatley I have seizures so I have to take seizure meds. That was no picnic finding the right one. Anyway, I wish I was more informed about the Copaxone and the damage it does to the body, I may not have started it.

Well, for a balanced view, i must admit that my C journey has been great for 2+ years.
Just the one dent in my thigh, a couple of dimples on my derriere and nothing else.
One serious IPIR. Numerous episodes of 'forgetting' to breathe but nothing more dramatic.
Manual, slow injection technique, rotate hips, belly and butt.
If only I could be sure it was actually working?!
