Mine was more in the middle. Mine involved blind spot, double vision, and inability to watch TV without pain. I would say it was not as severe in me as some other nerve pain I've had such as Peripheral Neuropathy and Shingles. But it stopped me from doing things and made me wear an eye patch when out in the sun.
