Hi, thanks for all the advice, no my sis does not have a pcp to go see. The neuro we saw last week seemed like she did not really know what to do, but we will see another neuro next month then I will ask them if they can refer us to a specialist, the skin around the toe is already redish, but I clean it everyday, I went as far as putting her feet in my foot spa with a little salt and then putting on antiseptic ointment but it does not seem to work.

2 months ago the doctor gave her some antibiotics but it did not work (then she only had one burst open toe).
I'm really starting to think we must go see a foot doctor....

Hugs to all

Sadsister
