You know I do the same thing Kelly. I wake up at least every 3 to 4 hrs. I keep the Tv on all night on mute. So when I wake up I get interested in what's on. I make sure it's something I want to stay awake for...and...boom, I'm asleep.

The secret is, I guess, Don't try..lol
