Sally,sorry that the fatigue funk is strong.

From a Chinese Medicine perspective this is a very dormant/yin time of the year. A time to rest and revitalize by resting (think bears hibernating)

Society almost always demands that we be in yang energy, and ignore the desire to rest and revitalize. I have been sleeping a whole lot more lately and attribute it to the season and the natural cycles. I look at it as a way to nourish myself with what I need.

(I have been getting acupuncture for 18 years now and even at this time of year the points she needles are different than the other times of the year)

Maybe this will help you some....
