I just wanted to thank you all soo much! It's cooled off just a little and I've already felt a difference. My family helped me set up fans to maximize cooling. The BF took me to a movie tonight and tomorrow it had ought to cool more.

I think once the rain passes the AC unit the BF gave me will be going in my window and I'll be in heaven.

I'm also having an excellent day because it seems as though the topamax is finally having an effect on my tremor. It's so exciting! (still a bit tingly, but i'll take it if it means i can use both hands again)

Thank you so much again for your generous help. I still don't know exactly what is wrong, but I find you all such a comfort.
