Default Treatment for insomnia

I tried a new item. It's called Rescue Sleep (from people who make Rescue Remedy).

http://www.amazon.com/Rescue-Remedy-.../dp/B00126B4T2

It's pretty amazing. 2 sprays on the tongue and within 10 minutes I am feeling drowsy. I have had terrible insomnia for years so I was surprised this worked. The product states that it helps with a feeling of restlessness. I wonder if it would help people with spasticity??
