Default Oxytrol patches?

Has anyone tried these new OCT patches? I'm on day 11, but so far am not experiencing any improvement. From what I've read, it takes two weeks for them to start working, but I can't help feeling a little discouraged. I thought that maybe by now, they would work just a little.
