Hello Taffy nice to meet you too.....may I call ya TAF?

I have cut way back on caffine....Been drinking decaf ice tea for over a year now.....only have a limit of 3 Dr.Peppers a WEEK......2 cups of coffee in the am and I only buy the cho wafer cookies as far as chocolate now...no candy....(trying to get my weight back under control as well.

Next week I start on Chantex....to stop smoking......so...I dont think caffine is an issue and soon smoking wont be either.......
Just tappin fingers on laptop and waiting until my report on Tuesday...
Thanks for hanging by me ya'll.....
