Can you put the medicine in a single dose container, only one pill? Then there is no question as to whether you took it. No ideas on how to actually remember to take it though

I am having to use a monthly calender, the kind you can get free anywhere like at Sams or the bank. I paper clip an appointment onto each months page, write the appointment down on the day and highlight it with a yellow highlighter. The highlighter will also help me come time to do taxes tally up mileage for taxes because some appointments are for personal things like hair cuts, go somewhere with sister and others are medical related. Now bill paying is another story. I have many problems doing that.
