I agree with Snoopy. Sometimes we tend to blame everything on MS when really it is something else. Starting with your PCP does sound reasonable, despite some of the differences you have had with him in the past. It could be several things. If you are really uncomfortable going to him, then talk to your rheumy.

Enjoy being catered to and I hope you feel better soon.
