Do you use a muscle relaxer?

I do weight training. I have a 4 station weight machine in my home. I love weight training but my muscles don't relax so after I'm done working out I do gentle stretching exercises to help the muscles relax (this was recommended by my Physical Therapist).

I also use a muscle relaxer (Baclofen) which has helped my muscles to relax easier than when I wasn't using it.

They should be Sally I never do PT exercises on the floor, heck I'd never get back up Are you able to stand and do some of the exercises while hanging on to something sturdy?
