Default Owwww.

I've got to stop reading posts about spasticity, because I'm wondering if the reading about it is making me have a LOT of spasticity this week...either that, or the tumble down the stairs I had a week and a half ago is causing this.

I'm really really really really really sore.

I have spasticity in:

the left side of my ribs.
both legs, but the area around where I hurt my knee last week is more sore than I think it should be...so either it's the spazzing, or I did more damage than I thought to my knee.
both shoulders. Left is worse than the right.
my feet. Plus my feet feel cold.
and, the back of my right leg, from just below the butt, to just above the knee.

and, I've got a bit of a migraine (probably not spasticity related, but still, it's annoying.)

I know this is a bit counter-intuitive, because of the heat-makes-symptoms-worse thing, but putting a heating pad on some spots seems to help...maybe temporarily, but at least the heat is letting some of the pain leave me alone for a bit.

So, just in case reading about spasticity is causing this, I'm firing back with my own whine about it to share the "love". (I'm only teasing about that...I'm just a bit annoyed with being so sore, hopefully my whine wont trigger someone else to be sore)

I think this is the first time I've had this much pain. I'm pretty sure it's all spasticity with a little soreness from my fall thrown in for "fun". Because most of the pain feels just like The Hug pain that I've mostly felt before.

I took a whole baclofen about an hour ago. (usually I break it up into pieces) and it hasnt helped much. I'll probably take a half a pill before I go to bed (which will be soon)

If I can get an appointment tomorrow, I'm going to go see my regular doctor, since I'm worried the right leg pain might be some sort of ligament damage from my fall, and that it's triggering some spasticity or something.

geeze, MS sucks more and more all the time, doesnt it?
