First, let me tell you how proud I am that you quit! that is a hard thing to do, and I am so happy that you found the courage to do it.

it sounds like a detox of sorts. Your body needs to get rid of all of that old tar, nicotine, and so on. increase your vitamin C.

For your canker sore, you can use Llysine in tablet form. it really helps contol them OR you can buy powdered Alum in the spice isle in the store. Wet your finger, stick it in the powder, then then rub the powder covered finger into the cancer. it should be mostly gone by morning. you can keep reapplying if you like all day. the Alum completely dries out the whole thing. We used that so much as children. its cheap and cheerful. Must be POWDERED Alum though.

Your body is going to be stressed while you adjust to a nicotine free life. make sure to take your daily vit. and give yourself a break. DRINK lots of water to help flush. It gets MUCH better. I promise! Be a good parent to yourself and say "nope, you cant have a cigarette. you can have an apple, or you can go for a walk, but no cigarette." YOU ROCK!
