I had some tomato soup and a toasted bagel. Drinking lots of water.
Took one capsule and drowsy is what it is making me! Judy I cannot believe you take 4 a day...I'd be sleeping all day long! I can barely keep my eyes open and it does cause blurry vision. There is no way I can take this stuff during the day. I hate colds.
