Sometimes I get that fingernails on a chalkboard feeling with certain fabrics. It drives me nuts. I have to dress somewhat professionally at work, but on the weekends I wear sweat pants and tee-shirts. Bras are also my worst enemy, and it's the first thing I take off when I get home. I also get a tight banding feeling around my abdomen and bra area.

My doc gives me B-12 shots once a month, and so far I haven't noticed much difference, but this thread has given me hope. Thanks!
