Default What's with my ear?

Tell me if this is tinitis or what.

Woke up Tues with this. Every sound I make, I hear a kind of beep or clink in my right ear - almost like two teacups clinking together.

Never had anything like this. No pain, no fever. A little bit of vertigo, but not like my usual.

Weds, I can hear that sound sometimes when somebody else is talking too, if they're loud enough, or when the dogs bark, stuff like that.

Quite irritating, you can imagine.

Almost seems like something is inside my ear, stuck on one of those little bones. Could that be? Dh was here till yesterday, and my doc isn't in today. so if this keeps up I'll have to wait till Tues to call for an appt.
