Birthday Girl!!! I hope your day gets better and better as you get more and more support from your virtual friends. Force yourself to find something small to do today that makes you HAPPY -- a favorite food, or TV show, or a wonderful tub soak....whatever you would consider a 'special treat'. You deserve it!!
