Default Hello, new CRPS member here

New to this. Have CRPS upper torso and limbs, bouts of depression. Currently taking Ketamine, Cymbalta, Lyrica, Trazadone. Was on Hydrocodone, newly prescribed Nuycynta (small dose to start, little benefit). Doc will be adjusting dosage in 2 weeks but could use more now. Have neurostimulator spinal implant for 6 yrs. Not much help, but getting higher frequency reprogramming tomorrow. Am told it help with machine's pulsation, makes it less so. Hope it helps. Anyway, glad to be here. Hugs to everyone.

Smile Hello KatTru !

Glad you've found this wonderful forum!
Thanks for introducing yourself......I'm sorry that it has to be under these circumstances however....
BUT there are SO MANY caring wonderful people here and our RSD/CRPS forum is very active.

ALSO we've got a newly formed forum specific to SCS/Pain Pump discussion!
SO MANY people are coming to this forum asking about the SCS! Doctors are really pushing these things!
I've had mine for a month now!.....so far so good.....

It would be wonderful if you'd visit...here is the direct link (it's listed under the "Medications" forum in the main menu)

http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/fo...ysprune=&f=118

Any information you can give regarding your experience with the SCS would be VERY valuable!! Especially since you've had yours for several years now!
........Have you had to change out your battery yet?

Again, SO glad you've joined NT!
Everyone is very open and caring here....

Feel free to ask if you have any Q's in finding your way around!

See you at the RSD forum! (and hopefully you'll pop by the SCS......it's unbelievable to me how many people are desperately seeking info )

Rae
