Default help

I sufferd a head injury in early june and at first they thought I had a stoke but eventually it was decided that I have post concussion syndrome,my problem is that I was getting better but in the last week I have had sevre dizzyness and and lethargy poor concerntration ect and I am getting worried is this normal? I was drinking but only small ammounts which I have stopped I had no dizzy spells until last week and I am dizzy to one degree or another constantly and am constantly tired . I am a 42 year old male who was relatively fit until this I suffered a fractured skull about 20 years ago and did box but not competivly right up to my injury .Can anyone help I am struggling to work and look after my children
