Hi Cat:

You poor thing. I feel for you. I just wanted to say hi and welcome. I have TMJ and sometimes it hits you out of the blue and you don't know what to do. They prescribed everything and nothing worked. So I just try and enjoy whatever life I enjoy and when the TMJ hits, I just use warm compresses and lay down. It subsides.

I can't imagine what your migraines are like. I'm so sorry you are going through this. We are a very friendly bunch of people here.

Good luck with your tests.

Melody
