Talking PCS newbie in Saskatchewan

Hello everyone who takes the time to read this. Thought I'd intro myself.

Otherwise fairly healthy, but a slip and fall on freezing rain covered parking lot six weeks ago derailed life for the time being. It was a nasty fall, but likely there's no such thing as a good one!

Suffering from PCS and the general ignorance of others who are baffled as to why a simple fall would leave a professional woman disabled from work. Finding it very difficult to acquire support.

Using some of the info graphics posted to help educate my family first, on why I am in such agony yet incapable of expressing much. Verbal skills affected, memory, concentration, among other significant things, but I'll leave that for the PCS forum.

I'm looking for ANY Canadian resources out there. I'm not in a major city, so I feel pretty much abandoned by the medical system. Any Canucks out there?

Sincerely,
Rri
