Default bladder question

Hi my name is tammy..i am new to the site. I have question..i just got out of surgery 5 weeks ago. They went in to remove a cist and the doctor made a mistake by cutting my bladder.. Is it normal to hold 99cc.,s in the bladder after this long..i heard that isent to much at all but i am alittle concerned. I am going pee but it feels like its not all coming out..what are your thots.thanks
