Hi jake,

I am sorry to hear of your nerve pain, nerve pain is a really tough thing to deal with. I have a partially herniated disc in my neck that creates a great deal of suffering for me, it radiates down my arms and into my hands usually the tips of my thumb and fingers go numb when I wake up. I hope you're able to get answers from your doctors soon. I also suffer from Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and I can tell you it's no fun, I really hope what you're going through isn't anxiety but if it is we're here to support you through it and your journey to find relief. Welcome to Neurotalk!

Unfortunately I do suffer from anxiety, but have not seeked any professional help for dealing with it. I don't want to be on any medication long term, so I try to remedy it myself. There's no doubt in my mind that anxiety is either the cause or the multiplier of what's going on with me.
