Default Introduction

Hello everyone,

My name is Stuart and I live in Australia.

I had a laminectomy (T1 and 2) about 9 years ago and would like to connect in with this support groups to discuss topics related to the continuing process of managing pain. I am interested to know what type of exercises are working for others to help with proper functioning and pain reduction.

I may also be of assistance to others with some of the lessons I have learnt over the years.

Warm regards
Stuart

Default Hi Stuart

Hello to Austrialia! Glad you found this site. You are going to love it here. Many of us have issues with their spines encluding me. I am fused C3-7.
Pain is an issue for most of us. You will be greeted by others too. don't hesitate to go to the spine forum. Leesa is the best on the site for interpretation of MRI's etc. All of us support each other. I was fairly hysterical when I found NT myself. Got through some rough times with this group of people. Welcome again, feel at home here. ginnie
