I am so sorry for what you are going through at such a young age. I really appreciated your last few sentences......'more appreciative'.......having issues like we all have really does 'open our eyes' to see the world in a different light.
Not much I can contribute except that I think you do need to see another dr....what type ? I don't know but I'm sure there will be other posters to help you out with that.
Just wanted to Welcome you to NT and say please keep us posted. I'm 51 and just started my small fiber neuropathy journey........it is very hard to wrap your mind around the symptoms and I wish you much luck in your journey.
