Thank you for this website, it may be just the ticket I need before I lose my mind.

My daughter is 24, she lives with a violent guy that was even thrown out of the military for beating his wife senseless. She's lied the past year and said she wasn't seeing him. We just found out that she has been living with him.

We are doing tough love. We miss our 2 year old grandson and are trying to help my grandson's dad get custody of him.

Edited to add that maybe I goofed and maybe this forum isn't about tough love. Is it?
