Hi, Folks. I'm new to this forum. I run a headache support group in Boston but am an ordinary migraineur. About 3 years ago, I got off of all analgesics, both prescription and OTC. My health improved dramatically and now headaches are infrequent and, when necessary, managed with ibuprofen. There is hope!

By the way, what are all the flashing/hopping/waving/winking icons doing on a neuro site? These things are a migraine trigger for me and I avoid them like the plague that they are. Don't they also trigger seizures?
