I am sorry to hear about the pain you are suffering. We have some very knowledgeable folks in the RSD forum. Below is a link for it.

I think your best best would be to contact a pain doctor, one that specializes in RSD. Pain docs or neuro's that specialize in pain control might also be able to help

At the top of the RSD forum there is a sticky that has numerous sites on RSD.
